Emirates NBD, the leading Banking Group in the MENAT region, was formed on 19 June 1963, when H.H. Late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum signed the Charter of Incorporation of the National Bank of Dubai (NBD) which became the first National Bank established in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the blessings of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, NBD merged with Emirates Bank International (EBI) on 06 March 2007, to form Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the region by assets. On 16 October 2007, the shares of Emirates NBD were officially listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). Job Overview
As Virtual Relationship Manager- Business Banking at Emirates NBD, your role is to
To be responsible to provide top quality service for day to day business affairs to their customers. The job holder will also be responsible for managing the 360 degree relationship with the customer. This will include customer profiling, catering to the customer’s Forex, Trade & Asset requirements. Further, they will be required to achieve high levels of service standard and maximize client satisfaction and ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and anti-money laundering regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship with the customers
- Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities
- Facilitate in providing potential banking solutions based on identified needs of the client
- To keep up to date with latest market trends, customer preferences, changing customers behaviour patterns and new products, as well as regularly monitoring activity by key competitors
- Sell & Cross sell bank’s products & services to achieve the financial targets
- Manage Net New Money growth ,Net interest income, Casa Fee Income ,Revenue targets from sale of Forex & Trade products to the clients managed, Retail Asset lending
- Under the regular reviews of the assigned customer portfolio and update CDD to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- To be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile
- To be responsible for assessing customer risk, suitability of products and explaining appropriate products and services to meet client requirements
Skills and experience…
- Graduate – preferably Business / Finance / Accounting
- Banking experience – at least 4-5 years
- SME experience would be an advantage
