Training and Education Coordinator

Position Summary

Coordinate the Training in UHS department and Organizing the new plan of any Training Also, support to Training Education needs from Request and planning until Evaluating

Summary of Main Duties

  • Program Development and Implementation: Design and develop training programs, workshops, and clinical education initiatives that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Curriculum Management: Create, update, and maintain educational materials, including training manuals, presentations, and online learning resources
  • Facilitation of Training and Education Conduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops for healthcare professionals, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms, Tracking the Coordination between the Department and Request approval and Registration of the Students.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship and Support:  Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff, guiding them through training programs and helping them apply learning in their clinical practice.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with other Students and, department heads, and clinical staff to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and legal regulations.
  • Resource Management: Manage training resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of training facilities and materials.

Position Requirements/Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor Degree of Education or clinical Education.

Bachelor Degree of Business Management and Education

Licenses/Registration
  • Life support instructor certification.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work within multi-national teams
  • Prior experience in education / training
  • Creativity and leadership
