Supply Chain Coordinator – (Temporary Contract)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, the Marketing Team, LM Brand Managers, boutique teams, and Neuilly to streamline the order processing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders and promptly flagging issues for resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order and Shipment Management

  • Efficiently place orders in the SAP system, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of shipments, working closely with customer service teams in Paris.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to shipments.
  • Follow up on registration processes that impact orders and shipments.
  • Coordinate clearance and invoicing for UAE Local Markets (LM) in collaboration with distributors.
  • Regularly update order forms to align with product assortment and discontinued items.
  • Monitor SPM (Special Market) orders to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

2. New Campaign Orders

  • Provide timely information and promptly address any potential delays in new orders.

3. E-Retail UAE

  • Oversee the last mile delivery to clients in adherence to established protocols.

4. Business Reports Consolidation

  • Consolidate sales reports from various markets and retailers in Excel format using BW, providing Fragrance & Beauty departments with accurate and comprehensive data.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the Supply Chain and the retail industry
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and flag issues quickly for resolution.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
