Supply Chain Coordinator – Bike

What you’ll do:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator for Careem BIKE, your primary responsibility will be supporting our bike-sharing network’s day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Ops Team to ensure smooth coordination and efficient inventory and supply management. Additionally, you’ll be vital in coordinating between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the inventory and coordinating with warehouse operations and suppliers.
- Support the Ops Team by providing hands-on assistance.
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams, procurement teams, and external stakeholders.
- Utilize a process-oriented approach to identify areas for improvement, while providing support to teammates in creating and developing new processes.
- Build relationships with local and external suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and a process-driven mindset.
What You’ll Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably transportation or bike-sharing.
- Strong understanding and experience in inventory management.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight industry, and warehousing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Suite for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with procurement rules and regulations is a plus.
