About the role:
As a Stock & Asset coordinator with Bloomingdales – Store operations team, your role will be to –
- Assist with stock loan for press events/ launches / promotional events, photo shoot & trunk shows. Record all relevant information including photos for future reference.
- Preparing and updating reports on Damages found upon return of stock, necessary adjustments done in the system & update on other reporting tools.
- Ensure stock are returned to store within the set timeframe.
- Assist with cycle count preparation & investigation.
- Adhere to policies and procedures relevant to stock loan.
- Identify trends on stock damages and report accordingly.
- Meet deadlines set and maintain task list
- Maintain Asset register, classification / catalogue of assets and end to end asset tagging activity.
- Liaise with Finance team for yearly Asset count & reconciliation.
- Compile & maintain records for quarterly Asset write off activity & assist with disposal / sale of the assets.
- Manage warehouse space allocation and ensure optimum storage for Assets.
- Maintain the inventory of assets stored in warehouse.
- Assist with other operational requirements when and as required.
About you:
- You will be a graduate in any discipline.
- You will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
