Responsabilités:

  • Service Sales Modernization Manager, UAE
  • To drive and support the transformation and growth of the Carrier HVAC Service & Modernization Aftermarket business.
  • The Service Sales Modernization Manager, UAE will be responsible for delivering profitable orders growth for Modernizations whilst improving the effectiveness and efficiency in the UAE Service sales model.
  • Support the modernization sales activities of the UAE perimeter, including quotations, prescription, sales, pricing, business development and customer management.

Objectifs:

  • Build and implement a Modernization sales growth strategy in UAE.
  • Strong focus on developing a recurring modernizations revenue sales model, utilizing connected services.
  • Coordinate a high performing sales function in UAE and build up the existing sales team capability.
  • Ownership of the Modernizations UAE sales budget, sales plans, and team performance to achieve rapid growth.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a strong UAE modernizations sales pipeline to ensure an accurate forecast of orders bookings, revenue, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement new selling practices to maximize modernization sales efficiency and seller productivity.
  • Implement robust management cadence and rigor on sales reporting, benchmarking, KPIs and metrics in full alignment with Global Service Sales metrics in order to increase the modernization transformation rate.

Exigences minimales:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree/post graduate qualification would be advantageous
  • Experience working in a service based, technology/equipment industry
  • Knowledge of building services in a commercial environment is preferable
  • Skilled in professional value-based selling processes and techniques in a B2B environment
