Sales Technology Projects – Manager – Temp
POSITION SUMMARY

As such, we are looking for a Sales Technology Project Manager.
As the Sales Technology Project Manager, you will play a vital role in leading on all MENA Sales and Commercial Projects related to technology and data. You will do this while ensuring successful implementation through managing the scope, cost and schedule expectations of stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring the adoption of delivered outputs by business users through training and continuous feedback gathering to improve solution.
A Day in the Life…
- Lead on the sales digitization projects / programs and develop transition plans to operations
- Projects example: Digital Image Recognition, Distributor Management System, Data warehousing Solutions.
- Train End Users on the new solutions, processes, gathering feedback and monitoring performance to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Drive change management initiatives related to tools to enable continuous improvement and implement Commercial best practices (to the appropriate degree).
- Cross Functional Solutions: identify experience, design and construct cross functional solutions that meet business requirements and support the Business Partner capability.
- Drive development and support of Business analytics reporting including specifications, testing and end user training.
- Lead and leverage on super user network in the countries ensuring effective implementation of the Sales technology best practices and tools.
- This is a temporary role with a possibility of becoming full time.
What Will Make You Successful…
- University Degree: B.A in MIS or Engineering
- FMCG background preferred
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in same field with cross functional experience
- Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage for results, motivate indirect team
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Strong understanding of digital technologies
- Advanced office 365 experience
