Sales Manager, ME Distribution

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and energetic Sales Manager, ME Distribution to drive sales and grow our channel network in the Middle East. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Dubai, UAE, reporting to a Senior Sales Manager or Director. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and appointing new distributors in the Middle East while managing existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, and increasing market penetration. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in ELV/Security system distribution, a proven track record of achieving revenue goals, and the ability to conduct regional roadshows for dealer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage distribution partners to strengthen market presence
  • Establish strong relationships with distributors to ensure a smooth supply chain and optimized sales operations
  • Conduct regional road shows and training sessions for distributor dealers to enhance sales performance
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving demand through distribution partners
  • Implement customer service strategies that enhance distributor satisfaction
  • Provide distributors with sales enablement tools, training, and support to enhance performance
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Analyze distribution data and compile reports to optimize decision-making and market strategy
  • Monitor distributor performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Address any challenges in the supply chain and ensure smooth product distribution
  • Act as the main point of contact between Invixium and regional distributors

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication
  • Proven experience in ELV/Security system distribution with a successful track record in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and product presentation skills
  • Experience conducting regional roadshows, dealer training, and promotional events
  • Must have a stellar reputation in the MEA market with verifiable references
  • Proven results-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes effectively
