Job Summary
The Sales Manager will drive business growth for PT brands in KSA, including Milton Roy, Seepex, ARO, HP, UT, Del PD, and IRP. This role involves supporting the expansion of both direct and distribution business, coordinating sales activities, and developing strategies to improve market penetration and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and identify new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for PT brands, including Milton Roy, Seepex, ARO, HP, UT, Del PD, and IRP, in KSA.
- Support the expansion of both direct and distribution business in the region.
- Coordinate sales activities and campaigns to achieve growth targets.
- Identify end users and customers to get PT brands pre-qualified to grow business.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Prioritize customer inquiries for the Application Team.
- Develop and maintain sales documentation and databases to ensure organized and accessible records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and competitive.
- Coordinate with respective factories to ensure customer expectations are met promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Preferred – master’s degree in marketing/Sales
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driving Licence – Yes
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid, 50% travel across Europe, etc)
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary
