Job Title: Sales Intern (Entry Level Position)

Function: NMEF-Sales

Location: Dubai

Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):

  • Monthly follow up On the results and reporting of all NSC
  • Track and report NSC performance
  • Prepare slides for the performance meeting
  • Competitors’ regular visit to track competitive performance and pricing
  • Dealer regular visits to audit and report showroom conditions and performance
  • Track CPO related campaigns and report monthly performance to DGM
  • Internal car defleet program:
    • Follow up with CBRE, make sure all the cars are located in the proper area.
    • Check on the mileage of all the cars.
    • Prepare the paper biddings:
      • Cars selection
      • Manage the bidding platform
      • Announce the results to the winners
      • Follow up with stakeholders until vehicle registration and delivery

After Sales

  • Follow up on extended warranty program..

CRM & CX

  • Follow up with all NSC on the online reporting
  • Approve NSC’s process to upload on Pace as per NMEF guideline.

Marketing

  • Track all marketing CPO related campaigns
  • Track All online car dealers/platforms for CPO.

FMI

  • Track and Follow up FMI budget
    • Marketing
    • RV Tracking
    • CPO Digital promotion
