Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote, market, and sell SDLG construction equipment products in the Dubai and Northern Emirates area of the UAE. In this role, you will contribute to achieving revenue goals, increasing unit sales, and enhancing customer engagement through effective sales process management and a robust distribution strategy.

What You Will Do:

  • Promote and Sell Products: Actively market and sell SDLG construction equipment products within the designated territory, identifying and targeting new customers and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Contribute to the achievement of revenue targets, unit sales, and customer engagement metrics by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage Sales Process: Oversee every element of the sales process individually, from initial contact to closing, ensuring that customer requirements are met for on-time delivery, considering lead times and product specifications.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Address customer needs and feedback promptly, adjusting strategies and actions as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support for customers.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and related products, particularly SDLG.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A self-starter with a customer-focused mindset, dedicated to building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proven sales-driven mentality with experience in territory management.
  • Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

What Equips You for the Role:

  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the UAE construction industry.
  • Experience working with distributors and dealers, with a strong sales track record.
  • Familiarity with territory management and strategic sales planning.
