JOB DESCRIPTION

In this sales role you will be responsible for selling and supporting our Pharma Flavors & Colors products and technologies, focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity. For best results and long-term client relationship building, you will be travelling extensively throughout MENA to meet your customers face-to-face. This is a home based role located in Dubai.

  • For you, being in sales makes you tick: this is a new territory to be developed so you love being in front of the customer, delivering value added advice and support and – with your excellent product knowledge and customer facing approach – you know how to win people and place deals to generate revenue, margin growth and long-term customers
  • Your qualitatively high commitment to your job travels ahead of you and customers turn to you when they have a demand, an issue, or a new challenge to solve
  • Of course you are very much aware of the fact that Sensient is a multinational company, where administrative follow-up, reporting and giving presentations in- and externally is part of this job and is your measurable success within the organization. You do not need prompts for this part of your role – you just get it done to show your performance and support your BU Director in their reporting line to upper management
  • To be able to build the necessary relationships in this role, we will ask you from you in the interviews to show us, that you are a rounded and well-developed communicator with great interpersonal skills, used in negotiating with customers as well as communicating internally when working with cross-functional departments and our sales support teams.

When you become a Sales Account Manager at Sensient, you will receive an eight-week induction/training time, in which we will train you on our products, services, systems and processes, and we will get you in touch with our internal support and technical teams. After that, you will be in charge of your geographical territory and customers to grow your business to fully benefit from our uncapped bonus scheme.

We would love you to bring some background to support your success at Sensient:

  • Ideally, a college degree in a related field
  • You have several years experience in a B2B sales environment, ideally in food, pharma or nutrition ingredients.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, along with Arabic and/or French.
  • Persistence, winner mentality, eager to learn, team player, organized, and professional
