In this role, you will lead the Retail Sales in (Kuwait – Qatar – Oman – Bahrain) and handle the distribution of Motorola Smartphones and accessories. You will report to the Mobile Business Group Sales Director, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
- Manage relationships between country distributors and Motorola retail business partners
- Achieve channel sellout targets, including value, volume, and distribution
- Develop and execute the business strategy and drive end-to-end ownership and accountability that includes complete ownership of the sales and retail process
- Define and Review Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Motorola Business growth targets
- Lead and manage the field sales team (Area managers, field force, brand ambassador, etc.) to ensure business growth and perfect execution
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, logistics, sales operations, and marketing, to build a go-to-market strategy for product launches, define a portfolio based on local requirements, and drive global priorities
What You’ll Bring/ Position Requirements:
- At least 10 years sales management experience within the technology smartphone industry, with some exposure to high volume sales and proven track record of high-tech product sales management experience in retail.
- Fluency in Business English
- Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high-volume technology related company
- Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment
- Be Innovative with the ability to spot, develop and implement business opportunities
