People Experience Manager

Job Purpose
The People Experience Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and driving a positive employee experience throughout the organization. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, oversees HR documentation in line with ISO standards and manages HR administrative processes. The manager also leads compliance efforts, manages investigations, and oversees the whistleblower policy and ethics framework, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
Job Responsibilities
The People Experience Manager will oversee all aspects of employee relations, compliance, and workplace ethics, ensuring full adherence to UAE labor laws. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the entire employee journey from hiring to exit, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at every touchpoint.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction through process re-engineering and automation.
- Act as the Ethics and Compliance Officer, overseeing the whistleblower policy and managing investigations into grievances, misconduct, and policy violations.
- Establish a structured framework for investigations, ensuring clear timelines and communication plans.
- Ensure HR documentation complies with ISO standards and aligns with the organization’s quality management framework.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, ethics, compliance, and documentation management, in line with TQM procedures.
- Manage a team of People Experience Executives, an Employee Relations Lead, and a Document Controller.
- Ensure the implementation of legal compliance training and foster trust-based relationships across the organization.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Quality Management or Business Administration.
Experience
- 4+ years in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, to enhance workplace engagement and compliance.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to influence and drive organizational change.
- Experience in HR compliance, employee relations, and regulatory adherence.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, ISO processes, and HR best practices.
- ISO or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Visio and SAP for process mapping and compliance.
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
