As a Operational/Leadership Front Office Intern, you would be responsible for:
- This is an amazing opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within all areas of Front Office including Telephones, Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations and Guest Relations.
- Understand and operate Hotel´s Property Management System
- Possess a working knowledge of reservations procedures
- Know room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates, as well as other services of the property
- Assist in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations
- Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodate special requests whenever possible
- Maintain relevant information available to customers and sometimes play the role of tourist advisor on the potential places in the region to visit.
- Offer personalized service to each and every guest
- Handle guest complaints with interest, concern and empathy
- Coordinate room status updates with the Housekeeping department
- Promote the activities offered by the hotel to tourists for commercial purposes.
- Establish invoices at the customer’s departure: price of the stay, meals, minibar consumption, excursions, hotel services … and manage payments.
- Know all safety and emergency procedures and is aware of accident prevention policies

- Prepared to commit to a Six upto Twelve months’ internship
