Oliver Wyman is now looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator (Student Worker, Part-time: 20 to 30 hours per week) to join our Dubai Office!

Job Overview:
Are you a creative student with a passion for visual storytelling, design thinking, and creating engaging experiences? We’re looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator to help craft inspiring employee videos, design visual communications, and bring our culture to life. Based in Dubai, you’ll also play a role in driving office employee engagement initiatives that connect and energize our team.
This part-time role offers flexible hours and an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization, build your portfolio, and grow your skills in internal communications, design, and employee engagement event planning.
What you will do:
- Visual Storytelling and Content Design
- Create employee videos that celebrate culture, achievements, and team moments, using TikTok-style reels, animations, and GIFs.
- Design engaging visuals for internal emails, banners, and intranet pages to communicate key initiatives.
- Experiment with creative design approaches to reimagine internal communication content and formats.
- Office Employee Engagement
- Support office events and employee engagement activities, from planning to execution using technologies such as Menti Meter, Slido and others.
- Develop creative materials for in-office campaigns that promote participation and enhance the employee experience.
- Assist in brainstorming and delivering initiatives that strengthen team connections and foster a sense of belonging.
- Collaborative Campaigns
- Partner with the Internal Communications team and Marketing to develop campaigns that connect employees across regions.
- Contribute ideas and content for storytelling initiatives that highlight the unique experiences of our employees.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Creativity: A flair for visual storytelling and innovative design that captures attention.
- Design Thinking: A passion for exploring new ways to communicate and engage employees.
- Event Enthusiasm: An interest in supporting employee events and creating memorable experiences.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Menti, Slido and video editing software is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills to craft compelling messages.
- Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude to contribute ideas and take initiative.
Experience Required:
- Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates pursuing degrees in communications, media, marketing, design, or related fields.
