Job Overview

As an Officer – Middle Office – Wealth Management at Emirates NBD, your role as a processing team member is a key resource within the Investment Operations function, required to execute and complete day to day transactions including maintenances relating Investments on client accounts, expected to be proactive and look for solutions for challenges arising out of daily transaction support for various investment products. Work in a team and ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily transactions. The role demands technical expertise in Investment Operations functions such as Trades Allocation, Asset Servicing, Reconciliation and the Compliance and Control Orientation for efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance efficiencies in executing Investment Transactions for Wealth Management Clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure Trades allocations/Asset Servicing payments are completed on a timely basis.
  • Escalations are made for any pending settlements.
  • Understand the customer’s needs and provide efficient and accurate solutions for banc assurance related queries.
  • Work within the TAT of the said processes without errors.
  • Escalate if there are any delays or issues to team leader.
  • Collaborate with Business in understanding their requirements and delivering Operational support to enable product rollouts.

Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-4  years banking experience in an Investment Operations role or in a similar function
  • Good administration and organizational skills.
  • Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
