Job Responsibility:

  • Must have managed a team of specialist in executing the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities independently.
  • Fully familiar with procedures and other requirements associated with commissioning.
  • Should demonstrate leadership during the implementation of the above important activities in large projects and have its test run and plant acceptance
  • Responsible for the overall management of the PMC Commissioning teams including Construction Engineers and Construction Supervisors.
  • Co-ordinate all Commissioning activities for the Project.
  • Ensure all aspects of Commissioning work scopes are being effectively managed and performed by EPC and other Construction Contractors.
  • Ensure Construction Contractors are adhering to Project HSSE and Quality standards.
  • Ensure PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the Contract.
Minimum Qualification:

  • A degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in major oil/gas, refinery projects
