On September 26, 1876, Fritz and two partners founded the company Henkel & Cie in Aachen, Germany and marketed their first product, a universal detergent based on silicate. YOUR ROLE
- Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results.
- Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product release.
- Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing.
- Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities.
- Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations.
- Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment. Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies.
- Collaborate closely with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or Biology)
- Maximum 1 year of experience in R&D, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetics, or Lab experience will be a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc..). VBA is a plus.
- Strong personality and ability to adapt in a multinational environment.
