KMENA – Internship to the GM
The purpose of this role is to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making within Krones MENA by leveraging data analysis and automation. The Data Analyst will centralize and standardize reporting processes across the organization, ensuring that all data is presented consistently and is easily accessible.
Your tasks
- Data Analysis: Analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Automation: Lead initiatives to automate the quotation process and financial transactions, ensuring streamlined operations and reduced manual errors.
- Reporting: Centralize and standardize reporting across the company to improve consistency and clarity in data presentation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Integration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate company reports into a unified format, ensuring accessibility and usability for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions that support business objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power Bi, Power Automate) and reporting software.
- Experience with process automation tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
