IT Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, servers, and networks.
- Manage hospital IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security systems.
- Provide technical support to hospital staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of hospital data through backup and recovery solutions.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Maintain and update the Hospital Management System (HMS) and other healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and healthcare data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
- Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and hospital-wide digital initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and server management.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, HMS, and PACS is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows/Linux servers, and cloud solutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
