Internal Control Intern

Position

We are seeking an Internal Control Intern to join our Compliance & Internal Control team at Louis Vuitton Middle East. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can contribute effectively to our team.

Job responsibilities

Analysis of sales and verifying the compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering procedures, follow-up with the stores

• Follow-up with the stores on the internal controls KPIs
• Leading procurement procedure formalization and follow-up:

– consultation on the procedure requirements

– review of the vendor documentation prior to the vendor creation

– follow-up and tracking of information providing by business units

– archiving the documentation, maintenance of the database on the vendors and documents.

• Support in an annual Internal Audit process
• Support in 3rd party due diligence
• Support in Operational Reviews conducted in the stores
• Preparation of communication on compliance and internal control topics, follow up
• Completion of monthly dashboard
• Assistance in implementation of global initiatives in the region in accordance with the manager’s instructions

Profile

• Analytic mindset, pragmatic, good communicator, to-do attitude
• Advanced computer skills: Excel (a must), Word, PowerPoint
• Holder of Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or business management.
• Any professional experience would be a plus, but not mandatory
• Speaking fluent English, Arabic is a plus
