Position Summary:
The Learning & Development Intern represents the Mandarin Oriental culture, complies with the hotel L&D standards, and is instrumental to actively foster a positive learning environment. It plays an essential role in driving service excellence, while also actively supporting the development of our colleagues through effective learning and development initiatives.
This position will be responsible for coordinating various quality control activities and assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule various learning & development activities.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports
- Promote learning culture within the hotel
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
- Clear line of communication of all L&D activities
