Infrastructure Analyst
Overview:
Responsibilities:
Play a vital role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the information withinCore42’s and our clients’ systems and databases. Ensure that the data and information used by our organization, clients, and stakeholders are of the highest quality, enabling informed decision-making and optimal performance.
- Monitor, assess, and validate the quality of data and information across various systems and databases, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Collaborate with different teams to cleanse and enrich data by identifying duplicate records, correcting inaccuracies, and completing missing information.
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to track trends, highlight areas for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues, working closely with IT and business teams to implement preventive measures.
- Continuously review and optimize data management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality.
- Assist in developing and enforcing data governance policies and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in testing initiatives related to data integrations, migrations, and system upgrades to validate data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications.
Minimum Experience:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Information Quality Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience working with data management, data quality, or data governance initiatives.
- Solid understanding of data management principles, data structures, and data lifecycles.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and conducting data profiling.
- Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data integration concepts.
Job Specific Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex data quality issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying data discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
