Are you passionate about creating exceptional in-store experiences? Do you possess strong project management skills and a keen eye for visual merchandising? If so, Arla Foods is seeking an experienced Instore Excellence Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Visualize minimum service level (MSL) and planograms, creating customer-specific elements to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Provide planogram expertise to support local initiatives, such as category management plans and future fixture strategies.
  • Collaborate with the local Customer Category team and Sales Ops/Merchandising Team to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Lead end-to-end production and planning of in-store activations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage the flow of point-of-sale materials (POSM) throughout the year.
  • Act as the custodian of the Perfect Store concept, driving adherence to operational guidelines.
  • Oversee the management of chillers and coolers, including asset and budget management.
  • Manage internal and external events related to instore excellence.

Your specific tasks will include:

  • Working closely with planogram agencies to develop impactful and effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Developing a deployment plan in collaboration with Sales Ops and Customer teams to ensure proper execution.
  • Driving return on investment (ROI) behind each cooler/chiller placement.

Your profile:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • 5 years of experience working in Commercial/Sales Operations, planogramming software or sales roles in an FMCG company, distributor or retailer
  • Proficiency in data analysis and tech-savviness with tools like planogramming software.
  • Pragmatic and creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and optimize in-store experiences.
  • Thorough understanding of operational guidelines for different channels and store-level execution.
