The successful candidate will need:
- A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching IB Core – theory of knowledge at the high school level, preferably within an American/IB curriculum school.
- Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on TOK education.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A strong desire to continually improve their practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences for their students.

We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic IB Core – Theory of Knowledge Teacher to join our dedicated team in August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Inclusion lessons to high school students, following the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for the theory of knowledge and foster critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Ensuring continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate openly with parents regarding student progress.
