The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a new opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Hygiene Officer to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay includes 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As Hygiene Officer, your main responsibilities will be as follows and not limited to :

• Monitor and enforce hygiene and food safety standards across all F&B outlets, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality guidelines and regulations.
• Implement and maintain HACCP procedures and documentation.
• Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections.
• Manage pest control activities in coordination with third-party vendors.
• Maintain hygiene records, including temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and inspection reports.
• Conduct hygiene and food safety training sessions for all F&B and kitchen staff.
• Follow up on non-conformities identified during internal or external audits.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of food and waste materials.
• Prepare the hotel for health inspections and accompany inspectors during audits.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Work experience of 2-3 years’ in Hotels, or equivalent combination of education and Hygiene control experience. Strong work ethics and a drive to excel. Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an added advantage. Leadership skills and strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
