HR Intern
ChampionX has an opportunity for a HR Intern for 3 months over the summer based in Dubai. This is your opportunity to join a growing company to develop invaluable working knowledge of Human Resources. What You Will Do:
- Recruitment: support on recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, coordinating with the PRO for visa processing, arranging onboarding and conducting HR inductions
- Payroll and Benefits: support with reviwewing and processing employee benefits, coordinating with the payroll provider for monthly payroll processing
- Administration: maintain employee files and records
- Policy and Processes: support HR Partner in maintaining and developing new policy/processes/forms.
- Communications: drafting HR communications and engagement campaigns
- Continuous improvement: proactively looking for ways to improve HR systems and processes.
- Projects: support HR Manager with ad-hoc HR projects
Minimum Education & Experience
- Fresh graduate or currently studying for bachelors or masters
- A keen interest in a career in Human Resources
- Ability to act in a personable, professional and tactful manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information carefully and with discretion
- Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Capable with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working as part of team
