Job Description

Position Title: HR Graduate Trainee

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Al Tamimi & Company

Overview: The Tamkeen HR Graduate Program is a structured, 24-month initiative designed specifically to develop and retain Emirati talent within the legal sector’s Human Resources function. The program aligns with the UAE’s Emiratization vision, aiming to equip graduates with essential skills and practical HR experience, fostering career growth and excellence within a prestigious law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in structured job rotations across various HR functions:
    • Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruitment campaigns, candidate screening, interviewing, and support Emiratization initiatives.
    • Al Tamimi Academy : Engage in learning initiatives, course coordination, and training program management.
    • Employee Experience : Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, conflict resolution, and performance benchmarking.
    • Business Partnering: Contribute to workforce planning, utilize HR technology, and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Organizational Planning & Development : Data Driven Decision Making
    • Employee Engagement, Organization Design, Recognition framework.
  • Complete project-based assessments at the conclusion of each rotation, including a Capstone Project.
  • Participate in monthly progress evaluations and ongoing developmental coaching with assigned mentors.

Eligibility:

  • Nationality: UAE Nationals
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant HR experience

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • High level of passion and interest in Human Resources
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams and with various stakeholders
