Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Human Resources team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Role Overview:
• Keep pension schemes in compliance with statutory & Regulatory requirements including assessment of any pension risks and pension reconciliation.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient processes to optimize pension quality, timeliness, and payments.
• Manage and process the various pension benefits including contributions, benefit calculations and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulation.
• Manage end to end process of pension for UAE Nationals and GCC Nationals.
• Respond to all staff queries related to Pension and MetLife by ensuring the HR Direct content is up to date.
• Provide clear and timely information to employees regarding their pension benefits and entitlements.
• Work with all relevant employees & external company and adherence to compliance and legal policies regarding any quality assurance issues.
• Under supervision, participate in team coordination and completion of daily operational work assignments; leverage co-worker efforts ensuring production and quality standards are attained.
• Ensure the GCC/UAE pension portals are up to date with the employee salary information.
• Ensure pension payments are processed within the regulatory timeline to avoid any penalties.
• Ability to generate necessary reports and MIS on regular and timely basis.
• Ability to execute pension – related transactions error – free with accuracy.
• Manage the MetLife census process for both Medical and Life insurance.
• Manage the leave system time for UAE including adding days in lieu and management of the carry forward process, updating public holiday and ensuring the calendar is up to date.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three year proven operational and/or administrative experience within a business environment, or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced, high stress environment.
• Good analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
