WSP in the Middle East seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Graduate- Talent Acquisition_ Emirati to join our Human Resources team in Sharjah, UAE

As a Graduate HR professional focusing on Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our workforce. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to assist in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent for various roles within the organization. Your role will involve a mix of learning and hands-on experience, equipping you with the skills necessary to build a rewarding career in recruitment.

Your new role, what’s involved?

  • Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of resumes and candidates, and assist in coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Help maintain and enhance our employer brand to attract the best candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates and insights to the Talent Acquisition team, including tracking candidate pipelines, hiring trends, and success rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the coordination and smooth onboarding of new hires.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of the UAE’s labor laws and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
