General Mechanic
Job Description
- Regularly inspect all rooms and internal areas to ensure utility, flooring, walls, doors and furniture are well maintained.
- Repair/install floors, doors, walls, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves etc.
- Installing locks, knobs, hinges, closures, and other fixtures.
- Inspect ceilings, flooring, wall covering, glass, woodwork to detect any damage.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, A/C and civil works.
- Prepare documentation as instructed for JCIA compliance.
- Assist other engineering staff as instructed by the Maintenance Engineer.
- Follow regulations, instructions and training given for Fire response, Infection Control, Safe work practices, Hazardous materials etc.
- To work in shifts to suit functioning of department.
- To be available for ON CALL and overtime work as per employment contract.

Qualifications
- Trade Certificate or Diploma from a reputed institute
