The General Internship Program is a structured internship for graduates, designed to provide immersive, department-specific experience. It offers progressive learning, leadership opportunities, and exposure to real-world legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
– Participate in onboarding, compliance, and IT systems training.
– Work within a specific department for hands-on experience.
– Attend monthly check-ins and development conversations.
– Engage in knowledge management, business finance, and marketing modules.
– Shadow legal professionals and contribute to real cases.
– Complete offboarding and program review.
