Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise and train front desk staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations

– Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests

– Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

– Monitor and maintain inventory of front desk supplies

– Assist with room reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

– Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily cash handling and room occupancy

– Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures

– Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations

– Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred

– Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office or guest service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

– Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
