Front Desk Officer

Job Overview 

Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional attitude while handling all incoming calls, receiving clients, visitors and vendors. Also, assist with general office administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and courteously greet and receive visitors, ascertains nature of business, and direct visitor to appropriate person or area.
  • Professionally answer and handle all incoming calls by providing excellent customer service to callers by routing calls to appropriate person.
  • Perform a variety of clerical and word processing functions.
  • May assist with scanning, reviewing and submitting of Accounts Payable documents.
  • Sorting, opening and distributing in-coming mail.
  • Provide support by assisting in other functions as needed.
  • Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work Assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Excel – Advance Formulas, Macros, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Proficient typing and word processing skills.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft 365/Computer literate
  • Prior receptionist and/or customer service-related experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial

Qualifications:

  • 0 – 1 Year General Clerical Experience
  • Fresh Graduate Preferred
  • As per the ongoing commitment to nationalization we are requiring Emirati Nationals only
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field or Diploma Graduate
