How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, in this temporary position you will support in developing, managing & executing assigned events at the regional level, actively engage with all departments to faciliate the event streaming & work in partnership with team members to achieve goals as per the events calendar. You will play a key role in pre-event conceptualization, prepare high level briefs with creativity that reflect the vision, conduct regular meetings with 3rd party suppliers and venues, negotiate and balance rates with agencies to ensure the event remains within budget & post event ensure all invoicing is receieved and paid with finance.
How will you experience success with us?
Seeing this opportunity as a unique career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients across a wide and dynamic region including Middle East, India and Turkiye – Arabic is a plus but not essential. You have between 3 – 6 years of previous experience working within an Events capacity role, preferably with some exposure to luxury events and the luxury industry. You have a high level of organization, can work to deadlines & multitask with several stakeholders. Due to this role being temporary, you are able to commence working within four weeks or less.
