Position Summary

Are you passionate about coffee and eager to dive into the world of eCommerce? Nespresso is looking for a motivated eCommerce Intern to join our dynamic team and support our online marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for recent graduates who want to gain practical experience while contributing to a brand that is synonymous with quality and innovation. As part of the Nespresso family, you’ll help us craft exceptional online experiences that resonate with coffee lovers everywhere. You’ll assist in compiling eCommerce reports and conducting data analytics to optimize our marketing strategies. A foundational understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce, along with experience in data analysis—whether through coursework or projects—is preferred. Proficiency in Excel is essential, as you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining reports that drive insights for our eCommerce team.

A Day in the Life of…

    • Assist in the preparation and analysis of eCommerce reports, tracking key performance indicators and trends.
    • Conduct data analysis to support marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online promotional strategies based on data findings.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards that visualize eCommerce performance metrics.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for improving our online presence and customer engagement.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Contribute to various projects within the eCommerce team, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

What Will Make You Successful

    • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and eCommerce principles.
    • Experience in data analysis through university projects or internships is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex reports.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
