This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth handling, organization, and security of critical documents, supporting the efficiency and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents in both digital and physical formats.
• Organization: Develop and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval and reference.
• Compliance: Ensure all documents meet regulatory, legal, and company standards.
• Tracking: Monitor document versions and ensure proper version control is maintained.
• Access Control: Manage and control access to confidential documents, ensuring information security.
• Coordination: Work closely with various departments to collect, distribute, and update documentation as required.
• Auditing: Prepare documentation for audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Reporting: Generate reports on document status and activity for management review.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in document management or a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
