THE POSITION
We are looking for an intern to support our Supply Chain team and the Head of Demand Management for Animal Health. The internship is based in Dubai and will be for 6 months. If you are passionate to understand demand management, this is the right fit for you.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Support with Backorder and Supply Impact reports for MEA (Middle East Africa) region (24 countries in total).
- Alert monitoring of comments and inventory management:
- Order creates surplus.
- Out of usable stock.
- Stock exceeds dynamic maximum stock level.
- Stock fallen below dynamic safety stock level.
- Support with stock overview comments.
- Bottleneck database update for local Tableau.
- Create In-transits report.
- Manage supply impact update.
- Create reconciliation report based on Tableau for S&OP slides update.
- SKU alignments for launches and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Pharmacy or Economics.
- Fresh Graduate or up to 1-2 years of experience (Max.).
- Excel and good communication skills are required.
- Dubai issued resident visa.
- Valid Dubai health insurance.
