Job Description

Bring your supply chain experience and help us develop our markets and customers in LEGO Middle East and Africa (MEA)!

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages Customer Inventory Listings to provide in stock visibility within MEA BU.
  • Collaborates with External partners to get clarity on their assortments by store.
  • Participates in the Inventory Management Network giving clear visibility of trends and drivers of Instock position in the MEA BU.
  • Tracks Exit and Discontinued share in Retail Partners and Local Distribution Centers.
  • Runs Launch and Promo tracking from planning through to execution. Leads this section of MEA Order Management and ensures strong execution.
  • Demand Planning ownership for our Distributor channel – submitting in regular monthly S&OP cycle and working with Distributor Channel Lead and Key Account Managers to ensure best possible accuracy.
  • Support the Demand Planning Manager with forecasting tail SKUs for our MEA Dubai Distribution Centre.

This exciting position has two key focuses! Firstly, the responsibility for the processing of Instock data to ensure the fundamentals are in place and to analyze our availability in stores across the MEA. This includes being part of a regional network managing Inventory and working with our partners to drive the best possible availability in store. The role will also be responsible for several demand planning processes – including the key Launch and Promo execution and planning for our Distributor partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience within supply chain in Middle East (ideally in customer service/demand planning, preferably in multinational company).
  • Ability to analyze multiple/different source of data to identify key trends and generate actions.
  • Demand planning knowledge and experience of forecasting multiple SKUs over a five-month horizon.
  • Experience developing and working with Dashboards to track Operational performance – specifically availability.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with ability to develop strong relationships across many partners.
  • Working knowledge of the order to cash process, logistic services and warehousing.
  • Confidence in working with SAP, Excel, Power BI and Outlook.

Nice to have experience working with:

  • Customer inventory levels and making order recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement projects and their implementation.
