Job description

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Lead cross functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
Data Specific Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement data strategies aligned with organizational goals and data governance policies.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, validation, and implementing quality control measures.
Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure data projects comply with data protection regulations and security protocols.
Data Architecture & Modeling: Collaborate with data architects and modelers to design efficient data structures and models.
Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Metadata Management: Maintain comprehensive metadata documentation to enhance data understanding and usability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
