Customer Service Assistant – Order processing (Temporary, 6-8 months)

Job Summary. 
Assisting the Customer Service Team in preparing the invoices and also support in order entry in the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work closely with credit and compliance to ensure orders are completed.
• Assist in providing outstanding customer service.
• Order processing in Glovia.
• Work closely with Managers in other department, such as Sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED: 
Essential: 

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable Technical Qualifications.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales / Sales Support / Customer Service-related activities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.    Working knowledge in Glovia or similar ERP system.
• A good team player
• Computer efficient, writing, reading and speaking skills in English language.
