Customer Care Representative (Arabic Speaker)
Job Description
- Interacting with customers for obtaining repair estimate approvals
- Communicating repair related updates and information
- Addressing basic level queries of customers
- Handling customer complaints and follow-up on resolutions
- Coordinating with retail outlets for any service-related queries
- Coordinating with internal team members to resolve issues efficiently
- Prioritizing tasks to ensure timely fulfilment of service level agreements
- Escalating of relevant issues to managers as needed
profile
- Arabic language proficiency is required – spoken and written
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Experience in a professional call center / BPO preferable
- Experience in complaint handling
- Proficiency in MS Office
