Job Description
What you’ll do:
• Lead and become the CRM champion for the UAE office
• Develop an annual comms calendar for existing clients with the objective of retaining clients and showing them opportunities to trade more.
• Develop an annual content calendar for demo account holders with the objective of increasing conversions from Demo to live accounts.
• Become the main liaison for all CRM matters with the Central Marketing team; understand the CRM global guidelines and initiatives and cascade them to local teams.
• Create and execute a range of CRM communications, from regulatory-driven sends to promotional sends, selecting the appropriate channels for each send. Available channels include, email, push notification on the app, and SMS.
• Use data and insights to segment audience.
• Work with local premium client and new business teams to create the right communications targeting at different customer segments, from communications to events.
• Generate performance reports, optimizing and testing different content.
• Work with compliance to ensure our communications meet the correct standards and regulations
• Create and generate salesforce reports
Person Specification:
• A minimum of 5 years CRM experience with a core focus on operational delivery
• A proven track record of delivering on time to a very high standard
• A passion for communications and customer experience, putting the client at the heart of decisions
• Previous experience of using CRM delivery tools
- Adept at managing internal senior stakeholders, global counterparts and external business partners
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud, data-driven CRM, HTML and journey creation.

What you’ll need for this role
Existing experience in Lifecycle & Retention Marketing within Saas or Fintech or Services (a MUST)
Previous hands-on experience using Salesforce.
Ability to work collaboratively, building strong relationships across various teams to achieve common goals.
Proven project management skills with the capability to deliver projects on time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach to problem-solving.
Deep understanding of customer data, including behavioural and attitudinal insights, to guide decision making.
