Coordinator SCM Purchasing (temp 6 months)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This is a temporary position to support Purchasing specialist in functions of Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Plan and Purchasing to meet EMC market requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Purchasing Specialist with FC Base file preparation, Order analysis, Demand Phasing.
- Coordination with Purchasing team for all purchase and forecast related updates.
- Inventory Plan Base file preparation, Order extraction from SAP, Order validation, Factory Invoicing.
- Daily SIM & Size report download for EMC.
- GTS & WFM Tickets handling and timely response to factories.
- Provide support to Purchasing Specialists on execution of Buy plans for all plants across both brands every season (Consolidation).
- Support for Purchase order placement processes and follow up for PO tracking activities.
- Support for Adhoc order placement for special events, tender business etc.
- Support Purchasing coordinator for providing relevant information regarding purchase order placement, cut-offs etc to sales, marketing & subsidiaries.
- Coordinates with Global counterpart for different Purchasing updates such as article’s quantity, size changes, replacement etc.
- Support Purchasing Coordinator for data consolidation to Generate reports on timely basis to the stakeholders with Purchase order updates.
- Supporting Purchasing specialist on ad hoc reports / data analysis.

- Global: Global SCP (Supply Chain Planning), Global SCO (Supply Chain Operation)
- Regional: Purchasing
- Local: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Supply Chain or Customer service knowledge
- Advanced skills in Excel, Presentation Skills, Word and basic knowledge about ERP systems
- Good analytical and communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration/Logistics
- 2-3 years of overall work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Customer Service
