Content Operations Intern

About the team
You will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Plus all aligned on the same values of ownership, and shooting to the moon.
What you’ll do
The Content Operations Intern, will lead the content management process solving for excellence in execution and ensuring we are launching the best quality of visual & written content aligned with guidelines managing our Content Management System. Will guide the content execution process and support the development and maintenance of the Content Management Systems. General understanding of Content guidelines are essential. The ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and exceptional process & time management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the excellence in execution of the content framework to ensure the best quality of content is launched.
- Lead on the advocacy and implementation of the content guidelines and processes within the CMS across cross functional team members
- Proactively quality checking and troubleshooting any issues within the content.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Languages: Fluent English
- Having an aesthetic eye in assessing creative content
- Passion for Food and tech space industry
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop (is a Bonus requirement not a must)
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Self motivated, growth driven
- Exceptional organisation skills and proven ability to deliver multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and be adaptable to change.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to get things done.
Where you’ll be
- Given the operational nature of the role, you’ll be required to work from Careem Headquarters in Shatha Tower, Dubai
