What you’ll do
- Supporting the Dubai team in the daily KYC/AML processes
- Supporting the Dubai team in the implementation of KYC/AML policies and applicable regulations (e.g. DFSA, AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB 20, FINSA, FINIA etc.)
- Assisting the Dubai CO/MLRO with ad hoc requests, administrative tasks and contract management, including daily interaction with front office
- Client database maintenance, storage and archiving of relevant documents
- Providing support to the team regarding review projects and activities
What you’ll need
- Bachelor of Business, Engineering or Law or currently completing a higher education in mentioned fields
- Attention to details, analytical thinking, time management and prioritization ability to assess risks, solve problems, interpret data, and communicate effectively
- Active interest in financial markets and regulations, in particular AML
- High sense of responsibility and a capacity for teamwork and dedication
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Knowledge in French, Italian, Arabic
