About the role

Partnership for Education (Partnership), Cambridge University Press & Assessment, works with Ministries of Education and other organisations around the world to improve their education systems through coherent reform strategies. We have an exciting new opening for a Commercial Administrator role in to join our Commercial team as we expand and create new workflows and processes.

As the Commercial Administrator, you will support the day-to-day activities of the Partnership team by providing first-in-line business support to the colleagues mainly in the MENA region, ensuring that the Commercial teams receive the required business support in their plans and activities to achieve the strategic objectives and financial targets.

This is a great opportunity for business support professionals, with experience in the administrative tasks, who are interested in playing a key role in connecting with our business executives and stakeholders.

About you

This role is a critical position ensuring that the Partnership colleagues have the required admin support to work effectively and efficiently in line with the operational and financial guidelines, allowing the team as a whole to meet service level objectives and targets.

You will have an understanding and experience of the international business environment.

As the Commercial Administrator, you will also bring business acumen, capable of creating and maintaining good internal and external relationships.

The successful candidate will have experience in reporting, note-taking, and meeting arrangements. Fluency in Arabic, in addition to English, both written and spoken is desirable.
