Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role, you will create high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, and manage kitchen operations. You will also mentor junior staff, ensuring food safety standards and efficient kitchen performance in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections, with a strong focus on a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service, and banquets.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, offering guidance and training.
  • Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes.
  • Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.
