Business Development Associate
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, markets, and sectors for business expansion, monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on targeted outreach campaigns.
- Conduct introductory meetings with potential clients, presenting tailored proposals and solutions to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
- Follow up on marketing created leads to progress them through the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understand marketing campaigns and strategy to integrate this in all outreach and follow up activity
- Support other business development initiatives and projects as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence others.
- Strong networking abilities, confidently initiating and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
